    What great responses to this question. 

    Within our program RELATIONSHIPS are at the core of what we do. Relationships don’t always mean being friends but rather taking the time to know each individual. Like Bob said, players respond differently to different leadership styles.

    The best leaders are able to adapt to each player but the only way you know how to adapt to each player is by knowing them.

    Find the time to just listen!

    What a thread we got going here! 

    The ability to work with a player chasing the latest fad takes patience! The way I see it is if it helps the player great (most of the time it doesn’t). On the flipside, if (most likely when) it doesn’t work they will come to you for help and that is when you get to do your work! 

    Unfortunately this takes time but be ready for when they come seeking the help, because they will come seek it!
